Glow in the Dark Thread and Fibre are materials that have been dyed with glow in the dark inks. Both are different products meant for different applications. 
Due to the current manufacturing process, we have to use the finest or smallest particle size for this application. As a result, while it does glow, the brightness or length of glow is not for long.
Glow in the Dark Thread can be used for sewing, stitching or embroidery purposes.
Glow in the Dark Fibre, is used for knitting or in the manufacture of carpets or ropes.
